We all love a good family photo, but the stress that comes with family photos is real! While I cannot alleviate the stress, I can help you brainstorm on outfits and give you a few ideas to pull off that perfect cohesive look. My suggestion is to start with a theme or at least one or two items you know you (or your child or significant other) will wear. You need a starting point.
A client of mine sent me a picture of a skirt she wanted to wear and a dress her daughter wanted to wear, but did not know how to pull these two completely different looks together. I was able to send her some general ideas to make these looks blend together (see the first photo below).
My family photos are just around the corner too. Rather than a specific item, my theme is centered around our 20th wedding anniversary. We are dressing up and getting fancy!
